5 Questions with Ivy Ha: How Kei Concepts Built a Thriving Restaurant Group

A lot can happen in 10 years—just ask Ha, the co-CEO of Kei Concepts, the restaurant group behind 11-plus popular dining spots, including NEP Cafe, ROL Hand Roll Bar, and The VOX Kitchen. The company launched in 2014 with SUP Noodle Bar and 20 employees. That was followed by an average of two new restaurants a year—and a current staff of more than 1,000. We caught up with Ha to talk about Kei’s success—and what’s on the horizon.
