Arts Preview: Grand Central Art Center + Broadway in O.C.

Pablo Picasso once said the purpose of art is to wash “the dust of daily life off our souls.” We couldn’t agree more, which is why we bring you our annual feature, which this year shines a spotlight on performance, visual, and culinary art programs around Orange County.

“KISSSSS BY YONG SOON MIN”

The exhibit displays the final works of UC Irvine professor Yong Soon Min, which she created before her untimely death in March. It will include works from her book “Still/Incessant” that capture her longstanding interest in the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea. It will also include her personal research and notes for the artwork she was unable to finish along with the images she was able to complete for the exhibit. Plus, more things to do in O.C. this week!
