Cousins Clive and Brandon Barwin opened their first Bushfire Kitchen in Temecula back in 2012 with the aim of offering folks a fast-food option that was fresh and healthy.

The Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach served as the backdrop for this year’s MemorialCare gala, dubbed “La Dolce Vita.” Guests arrived at an Italian-inspired setting, complete with a Vespa for photo ops, and Aperol Spritz and Limoncello cocktails for social hour sips.
