Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens Chef Rich Mead joined eight other chefs in creating an outdoor feast from locally sourced fruits, produce, and proteins for the 350 guests who gathered at Tanaka Farms in Irvine. Dubbed Boots and Bling, the Western-themed event raised $300,000 to help Solutions for Urban Agriculture’s efforts to fight food insecurity and provide nutritious farm-fresh nourishment to Orange County communities.
