"The Great Gatsby Ballet"

The World Ballet Company designed the show with a robust creative team in order to bring the words on the page to life through dance. 5 Questions With Tony Monaco
It’s been 11 years since Monaco introduced his speakeasy concept, The Blind Pig, to cocktail aficionados and foodies, first in Rancho Santa Margarita and followed by Yorba Linda. Then he was hit with inspiration for a ranchero-style restaurant, and his North County location was a perfect place to pivot. We caught up for a chat with Monaco, who also owns The Trough Sandwich Kitchen in RSM and Irvine, and is opening an Italian restaurant, Monaco Italian Kitchen in Irvine’s Eighteen Main.
